GRIT 30 – Maximize calorie burn and sculpt your entire body in the least amount of time. Grit 30 is a fast-paced, energy-driven, exhilarating workout that utilizes a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes and resistance bands. GRIT 30 also includes body-weight movements like box jumps, lunges, burpees, squats and sit-ups as well as cardio exercises such as rowing and running. Every workout is innovative and different!
Nitty Gritty – At Grit Fitness, our passion is to optimize the results for all clients; from the newcomer at the gym to the seasoned athlete, we utilize an energy system, training program to create a hybrid form of training that beats all others. The Nitty Gritty utilizes exercises from all types of training methods including powerlifting, olympic lifting, physique/traditional body building, gymnastics/body weight training, and plyometrics. Kickboxing – Ready to try something new? Every Tuesday and Thursday night we hang the heavy bags and go to town! No prior experience is required.
Grit 4 Kids – Through creative and inventive games, obstacle courses, gymnastics, teamwork and a little healthy competition, your children will learn basic high intensity movements and get their body’s moving! Classes run 30-45 minutes. Ages 4 -9 years old.
Personal Training – Personal training is an individualized program, formatted to match your goals and needs. This type of instruction is for those who prefer to work out one-on-one with a professional trainer, who may need somebody to keep them honest and on track, who have special fitness needs or fitness areas they’d like to specifically focus on, and for people who want to see results quickly! This service is 100% tailored to fit your own personal goals. Small Group Training – With small-group training, groups of more than one person with similar goals and needs will receive personal training and, like personal training, will see results extremely quickly due to the individualized workouts tailored to their needs!
